Thompson deal imminent |
| Leeds United manager George Graham looks set to win the race to sign Bolton midfielder Alan Thompson. |
The two clubs are said to be close to completing a £3.75 million deal. |
The former England under-21 star had a clause in his contract allowing him to leave if Bolton were relegated. |
Thompson said: "If we had stayed up I would not have left." |
